Compass exists to close that gap, before it becomes an expensive one.

Phase 1
How the three weeks build
Expert-led sessions reinforced by small group discussions. Your real client project runs across two weeks, so the final pitch is a culmination, not a scramble.
Week 1
Discover
Who you are, and the world of work you're stepping into. Learn the consulting frameworks and form teams by Friday, ready for case work in Week 2.

An introduction to professions and industries, meeting professionals, and mapping your own career direction.

Cultivating Influence
Leadership, collaboration, strategic alignment, presentation skills and negotiation.
THU
Design Thinking + Consulting Frameworks
A hands-on workshop in how professionals break problems down. The structured thinking you'll use.
FRI
Frameworks in Practice + Teams
Apply the frameworks to a sample problem; your project team is set for Week 2.
Week 2
Equip
Put the frameworks to work. Real case work starts Monday and runs all week, building toward your live client project.
Professional Ethics & Case Work
Teamwork and navigating the workplace; begin applying your frameworks to the real case.
Financial Literacy
Financial literacy 101 and personal money management, plus presenting your case progress.
The College Talk
Meet students and young professionals on applications, telling your story and college optimisation.
Capstone Kickoff: Meet the Client
Real-world exposure, then lock your project scope with mentors and your client sponsor.
Personal Branding 101
Effective communication, CV & LinkedIn, mock interviews, and journaling for admissions.

Students who want to go further take what they learned virtually into a real workplace. A genuine internship with a host organisation, not a shadowing day.
